Rebecca is an accomplished Recruiter with more than 20 years of experience in the industry.

After graduating from Queen Mary & Westfield University, ULU, she spent 8 years working for a highly reputed support agency before joining Arc IT Recruitment in 2008. Rebecca continues to be a hands-on Executive Consultant managing a magnificent all-female team of IT Recruiters. Her loyal and valued accounts range from investment banks and insurance companies to digital agencies and tech start-ups. 

Outside of work, Rebecca enjoys spending time with her family and friends, trips abroad, spinning, yoga, walks on the downs, paddleboarding and laughs over good wine and food. Her perfect evening however involves sofa, Netflix and Harper the Cavachon.
