IT Recruitment Consultant

The Role:

IT Recruitment Consultant, Brighton, Competitive Basic Salary plus Excellent Commission Package

Due to our continuing growth and success, a Recruitment Consultant is now required by ARC IT Recruitment.  We are a well-established, dynamic, privately owned consultancy that offers a forward thinking and innovative approach to recruitment.  We have grown steadily over the past decade and due to our recent outstanding and overachieved financial year, a new and exciting opportunity has arisen for a passionate, motivated and sales-focused individual to join our team in Brighton.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build and manage your own permanent and/or contract recruitment desk, working on mid-career to senior level roles
• 360 recruiting, exclusively managing business leads to placements
• Creating Job Specifications on behalf of our Client’s requirements and advertising on our job boards
• Briefing Candidates prior to interviews
• Business Developing and Networking to identity new business opportunities
• Have an interactive Client facing role, whilst managing specific Key Accounts
• Ensure each Recruitment Assignment is delivered to our Client’s expectation
• Opportunity to build and manage a team of Consultants and Resourcers upon reaching your successful sales targets
• Meet and exceed KPIs and revenue targets

Key Requirements:

We are looking to hear from experienced Consultants with a solid recruiting background and knowledge within the IT industry.  You will have excellent spoken and written communication skills, together with a successful history of reaching and exceeding your sales targets. ARC IT is a very flexible and open organisation and upon discussion, the role can be adapted to meet both the company’s and your own goals and requirements.
