Senior Project Manager, Insurance
Salary: to £90k, DoE + bonus + benefits
Location: London or Brighton, Hybrid

The Role:
Experienced Senior Project Manager required to join successful Lloyds of London Insurance firm. In this role, you will provide oversight and guidance to key project management documents.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee delivery of the CEO’s PM team project portfolio.
- Monitor the Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and Performance Indicators (PIs)
- Manage the Project Management team development and resourcing capacity
- Develop Complex projects providing a clear project scope and high-level plans, when required.
- Provide effective leadership to the Project Management team
- Act as the company’s external representative when interacting with consultants and potential suppliers regarding assigned tasks.
Key Requirements:
- Experience of managing multiple large /complexity projects, preferably in the Insurance Sector.
- Experience in delivering successful M&A Acquisition/Integration Projects
- Experience of leading a team with the ability to coach and encourage others.
- Experience in managing the delivery of multiple projects
- Project delivery focused with excellent organisational skills
- Experience working with external partners
