Fast-growing digital marketplace is looking for Lead Developer to join their talented software team. In this role, you will drive innovation, lead a small team, and build scalable solutions. This hands-on role is perfect for someone who loves coding, mentoring, and problem-solving in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop & maintain backend/frontend solutions (Python, Django, PostgreSQL, Docker)

Lead & mentor developers, ensuring best practices

Collaborate with Product Managers on project delivery

Innovate with new tools & tech

Key Requirements:

Who You Are:
Strong Python/Django experience
Expertise in APIs, DevOps, CI/CD & cloud tech (a plus)
Passion for leadership & problem-solving
E-commerce experience preferred
