Field Service Technician

Field Service Technician is required by highly respected services company based in West Sussex. There will be the need to travel to their Kent office on day per week. This is an office-based role, joining a growing IT support team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide Microsoft technical support across the user base
• Manage and maintain desktops, laptops, mobile devices, and the Windows environment.
• Support users both remotely and on-site across the Southeast

Key Requirements:

• 5 years’ hands-on IT experience
• Strong knowledge of Windows 10/11 & networking fundamentals
• Customer-focused with excellent communication skills
• Full UK driving licence
