My client is seeking a Junior IT Solutions Consultant to join their dynamic and growing managed services team based in Gloucestershire. In this role, you will work closely with clients, assisting in the implementation, management, and support of IT solutions that drive business success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Working closely with the Sales Team to assist in the design, deployment, and support of IT solutions for clients
• Understand a customer’s requirements and translate them into business language and solutions
• Collaborate with vendors and inhouse teams to design solutions
• Work alongside senior consultants on project implementations
• Conduct IT assessments and identify opportunities for improvements
• Deliver exceptional customer service and build strong client relationships

Any exposure to working on small scale technical projects either during studies, internship or in a previous role would be desirable.

Key Requirements:

• A strong interest in IT and technology
• Basic knowledge of networking, cloud solutions, and IT infrastructure
• Problem-solving skills with a proactive mindset
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• A willingness to learn and grow within a fast-paced environment
• Relevant IT qualifications or certifications (desirable but not essential)
