The Role:

Senior Software Engineer, NodeJS with Typescript

London (Hybrid)

Experienced Senior Software Engineer sought to join a reputable digital marketplace organization. Reporting to the Engineering Manager, you’ll work as a part of an autonomous Agile/Scrum team, building and innovating their platform.

Key Responsibilities:

The right candidate for this role will have:

• Extensive hands-on experience of software system design, architecture, development, testing and monitoring covering both Back End and Front End.
• In depth understanding of software development, mainly using backend technologies
• Hands-on experience in NodeJS with TypeScript
• Experience of the following: CI/CD Pipelines, NoSQL, SQL, Braze
• Extensive experience of working with agile methodologies and practices
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Aware of modern software engineering practices relating to design, development, testing and maintenance
