The Role:

Senior Systems Developer

Senior Systems Developer with expertise in SQL / API Integrations / MS Power Platform required to join our Client based near to Wantage, Reading and Oxford.  You will report to their Senior Project Manager and Dev Team Lead, working within a small development team playing a crucial role in the development and enhancement of their internal systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the development and enhancement of systems, ensuring alignment with project goals and timelines.
• Work with project stakeholders to define requirements, milestones, and success criteria.
• Oversee all aspects of project delivery from initiation to completion, ensuring that milestones are met on time and within budget.
• Develop solutions using the Microsoft Power Platform as needed.
• Utilize in-depth experience with SQL and API integrations to create robust solutions.
• Ensure compliance with data governance and security protocols, particularly in cloud environments.

Key Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Systems Developer.
• Strong expertise in Microsoft Power Platform, SQL, and API integrations.
• Excellent project management skills and the ability to lead cross-functional teams.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Effective communication and collaboration abilities with stakeholders.
