The Role:
Well-known Digital marketplace is looking for a Procurement Category Manager to join their team. This is a hybrid role (3 days in their London office, 2 days from home) minimum 3-month contract, with a high-chance of renewal and/or permanent conversion.
Key Responsibilities:
- Negotiate exceptional supply contracts, to maximise value
- Oversee Vendor Management
- Strong category expertise in IT / technology, with knowledge of suppliers in this space
- Drive contract completion
- Procurement advice
Key Requirements:
- Previous experience in a similar procurement/contract specialist role – 8+ years is ideal
- Solid contract negotiation experience
- IT / Technology Procurement background
