What are your fees / guarantees?

Our permanent and contract fee’s are 100% based upon a successful placement. This means that there is no fee if you do not hire a candidate from ARC IT Recruitment. Our fees cover search and placement. We work with you to ensure that onboarding, training, mentorship and expectations for success are clear right from the beginning. For permanent hires, we offer a standard 3-month peace-of- mind guarantee period in the unlikely event of things not working out.

Who will manage my account?

When partnering with ARC IT Recruitment you will be allocated a dedicated account team who will work hard to gain a thorough understanding of your business, culture, recruitment requirements and preferred working processes. You will have an Account Manager, who will be your main point of contact throughout any hiring process, as well as a wider support team of skilled Resourcers and Recruitment Co-ordinators. Together they will work tirelessly to tailor a bespoke recruitment solution to perfectly suit your needs.

How long will my recruitment process be?
